Charlie & Donna Busuttil own this extensively modified yet subtle FC Sedan. It is powered by a red-motor with all-synchro 3 speed, and sports such luxuries as fully ducted air-conditioning, new gauges and instrumentation, and subtle features like courtesy lighting, map-pockets and so on. The vehicle is a previous winner of Best Modified FC Sedan of our Club, and was also runner-up Best Modified FC at the 4th FE-FC Nationals in Bendigo, 1993.
Here is Charlie's other FC, the wagon:
This FC station sedan has for many years it has been his work-car, driven daily all over Sydney. It arrived at our 2003 Christmas Party with a fresh coat of paint, almost unrecognisable! It's now the same colours (reversed) as the sedan.
This car is famous within the club for certain ingenious touches, such as those gorgeous roof-racks (on the 'before' shot), and the brutally simple method for attaching original hub-caps to 14" rims. Can you say self-tapper?!
How it looked when Charlie first got it...
He also has a very nice green and white EK Sedan, which runs a 202 and auto. She's the third old girl, rounding out "Charlie's Angels"
